Direct Support Professional: Team Leader – Rover
Monday - Friday: 7:15am - 9:15am and 1pm - 7pm
This employee is responsible a group of employees. Extra hours will be required from time to time.
This position provides personal care, training, supervision, and assessment to clients as prescribed in Person Centered Support Plans (PCSP) and agency policy. Also provides coordination of staff support services.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. One year of experience in the intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDD) field, is preferred, but not required.
The successful applicant should possess good communication skills, flexibility, and a passion for assisting others. In addition, the ability to read and interpret documents, follow instructions, complete simple mathematical equations and solve practical problems is a must.

Current and valid Driver's License
