Dawn Adams, DSP - 27th Street
Dawn is a Direct Support Professional at TECH's 27th Street house and works one on one with TECH clients. She was nominated by her supervisor as employee of the month.

Q | What do you love about working at TECH?
A| Working with the clients and spending time with them.
Q | What do you love the most about your job?
A | The way the clients care about me. They don't want me to go anywhere and I love being around them!
Q | What TECH pillar means the most to you?
A | Connection. The clients and I communicate well together and have a good connection. They talk to me and I encourage them to do things that they think they might not be able to do.
Q | What's one thing people would be surprised to learn about you?
A | That I work so much! I don't usually turn working down.
Q | What is your favorite movie?
A | I love the Fast and the Furious movies!
Q | Do you have a favorite memory here at TECH?
A | I love teaching the clients how to cook. I'm really working with one client to help her say more words.
Q | What do you like to do in your spare time?
A | Volunteer at the Salvation Army
