One thing that stands out to people in our community about TECH is the longevity of our team. Many of our employees have celebrated 10, 20 and even 30 year anniversaries with our organization. This month, we were able to relocate our 20-Year Employee Recognition Wall to the TECH Administrative Offices and TECH Art Gallery space. The Employee Wall recognizes staff members that have been with TECH for 20+ years. When asked what has kept you here at TECH for 20 or more years, many sited the people they have the opportunity to work with every single day. Michelle Dodge, who has been with TECH for 21 years this year, said “Honestly, the thing that has kept me here all these years is my clients. We are as vital a part of their lives as friends and family are. Some of these folks I have known and assisted for my entire 21 years at TECH. That’s important to me and to them to have that long-lasting connection with someone.” Congratulations all of the honorees!
