January Employee of the Month
Amy Smith is a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at TECH's Adult Life Skills Program. She has been with TECH since June of 2018 and landed at TECH after hearing about the opening from a friend of hers. Amy says her favorite thing about working for TECH is the clients that she gets to work with each and every day. When asked what three words she would use to describe TECH, she said Fun, Love, and Laughter.
At TECH, we have four pillars that describe TECH; Self-worth, Independence, Creativity and Connection. We asked Amy which pillar meant the most to her and why. She said, "Independence. Helping the clients learn and grow in their daily lives is important to me." Amy said her proudest moment while working at TECH has been being able to take clients to the Christmas Village.

What’s something about you that people would be surprised to know? I have a total of 6 grandkids and 1 more on the way.
