GivingTuesday: Adopt-a-Client Program and Fund an Outing
TECH, Inc. Celebrates GivingTuesday with a Year End Drive, joining millions around the world participating in the global generosity movement
Join TECH, Inc. Tuesday, December 3rd – This GivingTuesday, and inspire generosity for the people we serve through Adopt A Client and Fund A Need.
GivingTuesday is a global generosity movement, unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and their world. GivingTuesday will kick off the generosity season this year by inspiring people to give back on December 3rd, and throughout the year.
We are joining GivingTuesday this year to help our clients have something at Christmas time as well as help those individuals that want to take outings as a group that are not able to afford it. Our goal is to raise $2,500 by the holidays! Last year’s giving campaign helped us to provide 43 Clients their Christmas list – most of which are basic necessities. It also helped take our clients to places like Exploration Place, the Cosmosphere, and the Great Bend zoo.
“Please join myself and the entire TECH staff in supporting our clients directly this holiday season. Every little bit of help brings so much joy to Christmas morning for the people that we serve.” Says Meghan Price, Director of Marketing and Development for TECH.
GivingTuesday was launched in 2012 as a simple idea: to create a day that encourages people to do good. Over the past seven years, this idea has grown into a global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity.
