TECH Legacy Society Inducts Five New Members

Last night, the TECH Legacy Society inducted five new honorees. Congratulations to our 2020 honorees:

David and Jill Cox
Maurice and Melva Cummings
Daniel and Sarah Friesen
Larry and Pat McLain
Meyer Charitable Trust

Thank you to all of our Legacy Society members for their dedication to the future of TECH, ensuring our organization is able to provide services to adults and children in our community with developmental and intellectual disabilities well into the future.

About the TECH Foundation Legacy Society

In 2018, TECH created the Legacy Society, which recognizes donors who contribute $5,000 to $100,000 or more of giving over the course of their lifetimes. This commitment helps to further TECH’s mission of providing exemplary services for adults and children with developmental disabilities in Reno County. We recognize donors upon their induction as well as growth within the Legacy Society.

2020 Honorary TECH Artwork

Each year, the TECH Foundation recognizes new inductees with a piece of artwork created by a TECH Artist. This year, the piece that was chosen was “Patsy’s Tulips” by TECH Artist, Jennifer Walton. We unexpectedly lost Jennifer earlier this month. Jennifer was exceptional! She was a talented artist in the TECH Art Program, a friend to everyone she met, and a Jesus-loving, independent woman. Jennifer was sunshine! She was someone who always found the positive in every day and made you feel special when you chatted with her. We hope our honorees look at this painting and think of Jennifer and the Jennifer's of tomorrow.
