It’s truly heartwarming that an anonymous donor sponsored a Hutchinson Community College football game and generously donated the game day experience to individuals served by TECH with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Such acts of kindness and inclusivity have a significant impact on the lives of these individuals.

October 7th, the Hutchinson Community College Dragons played Dodge City at home and TECH had an experience of a lifetime! We had over 50 of the people we serve attend the game that day, with many of our folks getting to sit in the press box for a VIP game experience. Before half-time, we were even able to watch the game from the sidelines while we waited to step onto the field to accept the game ball!

This generous act by our TECH supporter not only provided entertainment and joy but also promotes inclusion and highlights the importance of supporting and engaging with all members of the community, regardless of their abilities. It’s a testament to the power of philanthropy and community spirit in making the world a more inclusive and compassionate place.
