His professional background spans campus operations, commercial facilities, and municipal leadership, providing a diverse skill set that aligns perfectly with TECH’s mission and vision. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Recreational Leadership with a minor in Construction Management and Spanish from Brigham Young University ~ Idaho. His passion for serving others is also reflected in his volunteer commitments as a Scout Master for the Boy Scouts of America and as an Assistant Area Director for Special Olympics Idaho.

As COO, Trent will play a vital role in ensuring TECH consistently delivers the highest quality services ~ always with a focus on the people we serve and those who support them. He will help bring our strategic vision to life through operational excellence, strengthening our ability to create opportunities for individuals to be creative, dream, and become inspired, while encouraging each person to reach their fullest independence.
