It’s easy to talk about impact, it’s harder to pause and recognize the people who create it every single day!

At TECH, our mission comes to life through our staff: the ones who show up, adapt, support, and care in ways that often go unseen. Our recent Staff Awards celebration was a chance to slow down, look around the room, and recognize the individuals who make that impact possible!
