We are excited to recognize Jason as TECH’s Employee of the Month! Though only with TECH for three months, Jason has already made a lasting impression with his warmth, dedication, and commitment to our mission.

When asked what he loves most about working here, Jason shared, “I love the friendships I’ve made with the consumers.” That sense of connection has been at the heart of his journey so far. In fact, it was a friend who first recommended TECH, and the role quickly felt like the perfect fit.

Of TECH’s four pillars, Connection resonates the most with Jason. Building relationships with consumers and staff has not only made the job meaningful but also deeply rewarding. “The most rewarding part is being able to make a difference for our consumers,” he explained.

One memory that stands out for Jason was his very first day at ALS, when he was welcomed and had the chance to meet everyone. That moment set the tone for the friendships and connections that continue to grow.

Outside of work, Jason finds joy in spending time with his daughter and reading. He also carries with him a favorite verse that guides his approach to life and work: “Let all that you do be done in love.” – 1 Corinthians 16:14
