What do you love about working at TECH?
I love working with the clients.
What brought you to TECH?
Growing up, I had always told my teachers that this is what I wanted to do. My niece told me all about TECH, and thought this would be something I would be good at.
What TECH pillar means the most to you, and why?
Connection, I enjoy building a connection with the clients.
What is most rewarding about the specific position and job you have?
I get to work closely with the clients and try to teach them to do things on their own.
Do you have a special memory about working at TECH?
I love seeing the joy on clients faces when opening their gifts on Christmas morning.
Do you have a favorite quote or motto that you live by?
“Do your best, that’s all you can do.”
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy hanging out with family and friends.

Dawn is always willing to pitch in when help is needed. When we had a client that was having a difficult time and needed to be hospitalized, and wasn’t eating, Dawn went up to the hospital and personally fed the client. I am so impressed with her willingness to go the extra mile. She will take a client to an appointment at a moment’s notice, sit with a client that needs to remain home, all the while keeping a positive attitude. ~ Andrea Delgado
