Though she’s only been with TECH for a little under two and a half months, Ashley has already made a lasting impression. From her first days on the job, it was clear she wasn’t just here to clock in and out — she came to make a difference.

Ashley joined TECH with a passion for helping others and a deep belief in the potential of every individual. “I wanted to work for TECH because I wanted to support consumers in fulfilling their potential, change perceptions, and help them not be afraid to dream,” she shared. For Ashley, it’s never been about a paycheck — it’s about the joy and sense of purpose that comes from seeing someone achieve even the smallest win.

She’s a light in the ALS, known for her ability to connect, laugh, and bring joy into everyday moments. “I love being silly and laughing with the consumers every day,” she says. “Supporting their personal, physical, and emotional needs is something I don’t take for granted.”

The TECH pillar that resonates most deeply with her is Connection. “It’s important to me to make everyone feel like a someone,” Ashley explains. She believes that authentic, meaningful relationships are what make people feel truly included — and her heart for inclusion is evident in everything she does.

Ashley recalls a particularly touching moment early on: “On my second day here at the ALS, I had this overwhelming feeling that I was exactly where I was supposed to be. I feel like I’ve found my purpose.” And it’s clear she has. Whether she’s building relationships, helping someone through a tough day, or just dancing around to bring a smile to someone’s face, Ashley is filling love cups left and right — including her own.

Outside of work, Ashley finds joy in spending time with her family and jumping in to help others wherever she can. Her favorite quote? “Hakuna Matata.” It’s more than just a catchy phrase from a movie — it’s the way Ashley lives: worry-free, full of heart, and always ready to uplift those around her.
