Prior to joining TECH, Tyler held several key positions in financial management across diverse
industries. In 2015, he served as Site Controller at Lyons Salt Company, where he was responsible for
overseeing the financial operations, internal controls, and the implementation of cost-saving
measures. His strong financial acumen and strategic thinking contributed to significant improvements
in the company’s operational efficiency.

In 2020, Tyler joined Capital III as Director of Accounting & Finance. In this role he managed the
company’s accounting and finance department. He played a key role in the development and
implementation of strategic financial initiatives that supported the company’s growth and profitability.
Most recently, Tyler worked at InfoSync as a Senior Controller, where he was responsible for managing
a large finance team and overseeing the financial operations of multiple business units. His leadership
skills and financial expertise were instrumental in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance
with regulatory requirements.
