TECH Names New Vice-President of Human Resources
Aly Spradling is promoted to Vice-President of Human Resources
Hutchinson, KS – TECH is pleased to announce the promotion of Aly Spradling to Vice-President of Human Resources. Aly will continue to use her expertise and leadership skills to improve the entire employee life cycle for TECH.
Aly has 15 years of experience positively impacting performance through strategic planning, development, and execution of human resources programs and projects. She is a trusted HR professional who has effectively developed processes and procedures to address critical workforce issues, align HR goals with vital organizational initiatives, and develop policies to address internal and legislative compliance matters.

She has proved to be invaluable to both Human Resourcesand the broader TECH team,” says Kevin Hess, President/CEO of TECH. Aly joined TECH as Director of Human Resources in 2016 and has been instrumental in updating our HRIS system, elevating the employee experience, and enhancing our culture. Prior to TECH, Aly served as Assistant Director of Human Resources for the City of Newton, Director of Human Resources for The Summit, and Director of Human Resources for the city of Junction City. She graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Business Management. She lives in Hutchinson with her husband, Tim, and their daughter, Collyns.
Aly will assume her new role on September 26, 2022.
